Eighty8 Sports makes custom kart suits for drivers, karting teams and clubs. Every suit is made to order in your own design, with your colours, your name and race number and your sponsor logos, in standard sizes from XS to 3XL or made to your measurements. Shipping is free across Europe, including the UK, France, Germany and Spain.

What you can customise
- Colours and design – any colour combination, stripes, panels and gradients, matched to your team livery.
- Name and race number – on the chest, the back, the legs or the collar.
- Sponsor logos – placed where your sponsors want them. Send logos as vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or high resolution images.
- National flag – on the collar, sleeve or chest.
- Fit – a standard size from XS to 3XL, or made to measure from your measurements.
Built for the kart
The suit is a one-piece design cut for a seated driving position, so it does not pull across the shoulders or bunch at the stomach when you are in the seat. Stretch panels at the back and shoulders give you room to work the wheel, knitted cuffs at the wrists and ankles keep the sleeves and legs in place, and the suit closes with a front zip and a collar tab. It is made for club racing, practice days, arrive-and-drive events and indoor karting.
If your championship requires a homologated suit with a specific approval label, tell us which series you race in before you order and we will confirm what we can supply.
Kart suits for teams and clubs
Matching suits make a karting team, a club or a corporate event look organised and professional. We make suits for whole teams in one order, with each driver's name and number on their own suit and everyone in the correct size. To complete the look, add matching racing crew shirts for mechanics and parents and motorsport team hoodies for the paddock.
For a team order, send us your design or logo, the number of suits and a list of names, numbers and sizes. We will confirm the price and the expected production and delivery time before you pay.
How to order a custom kart suit
- Send your design. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@eighty8-sports.co.uk with your colours, logos, names and numbers. A sketch or a photo of your kart or helmet is fine.
- Choose your size. Use the size chart on the kart racing suit page, or send your measurements for a made-to-measure suit. Our guide on how to size a race suit explains what to measure.
- Approve the design. We confirm the design, sizes, price and delivery time with you.
- We make and ship your suit. Every suit is made to order and shipped free within Europe.

The kart racing suit starts at £299.00. The final price of a custom suit depends on the design and the number of logos, and we confirm it with you before you order.
Can I order one suit, or only team orders?
Both. We make single suits for individual drivers and matching suits for whole teams.
Do you make kids' kart suits?
Message us with the driver's measurements and we will tell you whether we can make the suit to fit.
Can I return a custom kart suit?
Custom made orders cannot be returned because they are made for one driver or team. Read our delivery and returns policy for details.
